Ratchadapisek Road often shortened to Ratcha or Ratchada is the largest of the
designated entertainment zones in Bangkok. It runs from the intersections between Rama 1X Road to
Suttishan Road. Although the largest entertainment zone it is very different to the other
entertainment zones at Nana Plaza, Soi Cowboy, Patpong and RCA.
It is home to the giant megalith massage parlours such as Poseidon and Copa Cabana most of which
are the size of large hotels. There are also many hotels, restaurants, karaoke lounges and private
gentlemen's clubs. There are also two discotheques plus the new entertainment complex Siam
Niramit.
From the Western tourists perspective it is the least know area as the clientele is
predominantly Thai and Asian tourists.
